The session
BreeSea salt therapy home service provides the technology, the enclosed space, and the salt to enjoy a salt therapy experience. The service includes the delivery, setup, and support during the session. The team is made of wellness therapists trained in salt therapy, customer centric and passionate of small and big customers, who can guide, support them (as well as entertain the little ones) during the session which lasts 30 minutes.
Number of sessions
The recommended number of treatment sessions varies depending on an individual condition and symptoms, as responses to wellness regimens can differ. While some individuals may experience positive effects after just one session, a series of sessions is generally advised for optimal results. During allergy and cold seasons, individuals often opt for two to three sessions a week over a three to four-week period, whereas those with more chronic conditions might choose to go twice a week for six to eight weeks. For individuals seeking general wellness, stress relief, and relaxation, the frequency can be tailored to personal preference. For the most effective outcome, it is recommended to undergo a series of treatments.
Additionally, incorporating dry salt therapy as a continuous preventive measure is recommended to fortify the immune system against colds, coughs, allergies, and sinusitis.
